Choc Chip Almond Banana Bread

Dairy Free/Grain Free/Sugar Free/Protein/Fibre.



  • 3 cups almond meal

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 tsp bicarb

  • 4 medjool dates

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  • 2/3 cup raw chocolate chunks

In a bowl combine almond meal, seeds, choc chunks.

In a blender or food processor add eggs, bicarb, dates and bananas, blend well and add to the dry ingredients.

Mix well and pour into a bread shape flexible flan.

Bake on 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. 

Serve warm with butter. Perfect for snacks or school lunches.
