Based in Tugun on the Southern Gold Coast you can visit me at Coastal Osteopathy and Family Health Clinic. I've loved treating people and supporting them to value their health and live well since the mid-1990s and would love to work with you.
I’ve been a remedial massage therapist since the early 90's and a naturopath since 2013. I offer holistic natural treatments and support for pain, tension and muscular conditions as well as a wide range of health conditions and imbalances. Treatment may be through remedial massage, diet adjustments using food as medicine, individually prescribed liquid herbal medicines, practitioner nutrient formulas, emotional remedies and lifestyle adjustments or recommended stretching. Your treatment will also depend on the appointment you book.
My approach is friendly, professional and practical especially in regards to guiding you with diet, meal prep and advice for improving lifestyle habits which impact your health, immune system, posture and muscular conditions. My consultations are available by appointment in clinic and via phone/video calls.
Health fund rebates are available for remedial massage and nutrition consultations.
